What this site is

Court Commanders Hotel Index is an independent editorial publication. It is not a booking agent, a travel agency, a reseller, an affiliate or a representative of any hotel. No reservation can be made, held, altered or cancelled through this site, and no contract for accommodation is formed by anything published here.

Accuracy and change

Entries describe the general character of properties as understood at the time of writing. Hotels change: they renovate, change hands, alter their facilities, close seasonally or permanently. Content on this site may be revised, expanded or removed at any time without notice, and no guarantee is given that any description is current, complete or free of error. Verify anything that matters to your plans directly with the property.

Ratings, reviews and gaming

This site publishes no star ratings, no scores and no guest reviews. Where a property includes a gaming floor, it is recorded as a facility of the hotel; nothing on this site promotes, offers, facilitates or provides access to gambling, and any legal conditions of entry to such facilities are a matter for the property and the reader.

Intellectual property

Text on this site is written in-house and remains the property of its publisher. Hotel names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for identification. Short quotation with attribution is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.

The site is provided as is.
